At Ei, our goal is to make every specialist thrive.  Whether they are established pros or beginning their career.  Renting a salon and spa space can sometimes feel like a big jump.  Risky.  Challenging.  Unknown.  We love to empower.  Assist.  Help guide and grow individuals to success.  Therefore, for the newly graduated.. we are implementing a Graduate Transitional Program!  We want to invest in our growing Ei family.  Also....
